Kansas City is a beautiful canvas for artists and chefs alike. Our diners are hungry, adventurous, trusting, but more importantly honest at the core. This means that no matter how far we love to push the boundaries, certain fundamental qualities of the dining experience must never be diminished.
Moving back to the Midwest was a goal for chef Jason. Family, wide open spaces, and as much green as his Southern California-starved eyes could take in were more than enough motivation to return! More importantly he understand the values and passions of the communities we grew up in and can translate that knowledge back to our guests through our food, and our hospitality.
